Privacy Policy

The short version

We run no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies. Visits are counted by our own self-hosted, cookie-less analytics that stores no personal profiles. The only personal data we ever hold is the email address you give us when you subscribe to the newsletter — and you can have it deleted with one email.

What we collect

If you just read the site

We count visits with GoatCounter running on our own server — not a third-party service. It uses no cookies, sets no identifiers, and does not follow you across sites. It records the page you viewed, the referrer, your browser type, country and screen size; IP addresses are not stored. None of this identifies you personally. Our web server (Caddy) processes standard request data (IP address, user agent) in memory to serve pages and does not write visitor analytics. We load no third-party scripts, fonts or CDNs.

If you subscribe to the newsletter

When you submit the subscribe form we store:

• your email address;
• your language edition (EN or ES) and which page the form was on;
• the IP address and browser user agent of the submission — kept solely for abuse and spam prevention.

This data lives in a private database on our own server in the EU. It is never sold, shared, or used for anything except sending the newsletter you asked for.

What we send

One email a week at most: one AI workflow and one honest tool verdict, plus the Prompt Pack PDF when you subscribe. No sponsored content, no affiliate links, no "partner offers".

Your rights

Email hello@archipractica.ai from the subscribed address and we will unsubscribe you or permanently delete every record of your address — normally within 72 hours. Every newsletter also carries an unsubscribe link.

Third parties

The site is self-hosted. Fonts are self-hosted. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no comment system, no embedded players. If this ever changes, this page will say so first.
